These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Creativolks, a digital agency based in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Creativolks' website and services at creativolks.my.id, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Creativolks provides digital agency services including web development, mobile application development, and AI integration. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal document signed by both parties.
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, projects require a downpayment before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion before delivery of final files and credentials. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website code, design files). Creativolks retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and assets remain subject to their own licenses.
The number of revision rounds included is specified in each project proposal. Additional revisions or features requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately at our standard hourly rate.
Creativolks treats all client information as confidential. We will not share your project details, business information, or data with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
Creativolks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Malang, East Java.
Creativolks reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
