At Creativolks, we take our commitments seriously and stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.
Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of digital services (web development, mobile apps, AI integration), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution for all disputes.
The initial downpayment required to begin a project is non-refundable. This covers the time spent on discovery, planning, initial design concepts, and project setup. If a project is cancelled before the first deliverable is submitted, the downpayment is retained in full.
For projects structured around milestones, payment made for a completed and delivered milestone is non-refundable. If a client wishes to cancel mid-project, they are responsible for paying the proportional cost of work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance beyond that is refunded.
A full or partial refund may be considered if: Creativolks fails to begin work within the agreed timeline without prior notice, the final deliverable fundamentally does not match the agreed project scope as documented in the signed proposal, or a technical error on our part results in a service failure that we are unable to resolve.
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after work has commenced, delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing assets, late approvals), dissatisfaction with a subjective design preference that falls within the agreed scope, or requests made after the final project has been delivered and signed off.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@creativolks.my.id or via WhatsApp with your project details and a clear description of your concern. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and work toward a fair resolution within 14 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Creativolks reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your project engagement will apply to that project.
